The Karnataka Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET) for MBA admissions in 2025 is administered by the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA). Following the examination, KEA will conduct a structured counselling process to allocate seats to qualified candidates. Here's an overview of the anticipated steps for the Karnataka PGCET MBA 2025 counselling process:

  • Counselling Registration and Document Verification: Candidates listed in the merit list must register for counselling at designated help centers. During this phase, candidates will undergo document verification to confirm their eligibility

  • Option Entry: After verification, candidates will receive a unique security key to log into the KEA portal. They can then enter their preferred colleges and courses in order of priority. It's essential to lock choices before the deadline to ensure they're considered in the seat allotment process

  • Seat Allotment: Based on the choices filled, merit ranks, and availability, KEA will publish the seat allotment results. Candidates can view their allotment status and download the allotment letter from the official portal
